Michael Barton, a man from Britain, hit a Ford Fiesta, while he was driving his Volkswagen Golf. Paul Gard was driving the Ford Fiesta. Barton had overtaken Paul Gard. But then Michael Barton had to pull back in front of him, since another car was driving the other way. Paul Gard flashed him. So, he had to brake suddenly. Barton became angered, stopped his Volkswagen Golf, broke the wing mirror of Paul Gard’s vehicle and hit Gard in the face. Then Gard’s wife took her mobile and informed police. While she was calling, Barton left calmly.
Michael Barton, a 21-year-old man who has a kid of two years old, utilizes steroids for bulking results. Thus, it has been confirmed that these medications affected his behavior. The defense attorney for this young person claimed that steroids influenced on temperament of his client, since these preparations enhanced his levels of testosterone.
Previously Michael Barton was convicted for some crimes, including domestic violence. Last year this young man pleaded guilty to an assault, criminal damage and driving carelessly because of his anger following assaults.
The judge Patrick Hooton at Portsmouth Crown Court Deputy Circuit claimed that he was not sure that steroids led to improper behavior. But he added that it was totally mad to become angered and hit a person in the face only because he flashed him. The judge confirmed that Barton’s behavior was very immoral and he announced: “you ought to go to prison”.
Thus, this person was given 6-month jail sentence suspended for a year; he was also sentenced to pay 500 dollars in compensation and ?277 for damage of the car.
