Prosecution against Lance Armstrong

The USADA has publicized a report on the legendary cyclist Lance Armstrong.
Which impression do readers get, when they read this report? It is confirmed that a lot of individuals believe that each teammate of this legendary cyclist has applied steroids and/or other forbidden products. But is it true impression? Has each Lance Armstrong’s teammate doped?
According to the report on this sportsman, 11 teammates testified against him, confirming that he doped. Moreover, it was affirmed that Lance Armstrong and the most mates of his team applied sophisticated ways in order to be capable to dope and prevent detection.
However some Lance Armstrong’s teammates admitted to taking steroids and/or other related medicines, some teammates denied doping. For example, Julian Dean and Patrick Jonker were two teammates of the legendary cyclist that denied taking performance-enhancing drugs.
Julian Dean said that he neither doped, nor saw Lance Armstrong taking steroids and/or other related substances.
When it comes to Patrick Jonker, his statements were like those of Julian Dean. He said that he had never administered any forbidden substances. He stated that he competed cleanly and didn’t take any unfair advantage.
According to Patrick Jonker, usage of steroids and other related preparations is a serious problem in the sport of cycling. He believes that many cyclists dope. He confirms that it is important to fight against application of doping products in cycling. But he considers that appropriate methods should be utilized by anti-doping officers. This athlete is full of indignation, talking about prosecution related to Lance Armstrong.  Patrick Jonker thinks that murderers are less pursued than the 7-time Tour de France winner.
